नेपालको शिक्षा पद्धति अनुसार सामुदायिक विद्यालयको रुपमा संचालित यस विद्यालयले शैक्षिक केन्द्रको रुपमा पुर्नवास नगरपालिका, वडा नं. १,२,३,४ र ५ का अभिभावक र विद्यार्थीहरुको शैक्षिक आवश्यकता पुरा गर्दै आएको छ । देशको सामुदायिक विद्यालयको शैक्षिक उपलब्धि कमजोर भएको अवस्थामा क्।भ्।भ्। परीक्षामा सन्तोषजनक नतिजा ल्याई आफ्नो गौरवमय पहिचान कायम गर्न सफल भएको छ । ११ र १२ कक्षामा समेत निकै राम्रो नतिजा ल्याइरहेको छ । प्रदेश सरकारले लागू गरेको विद्यालय क्षेत्र विकास योजनाले गुणस्तरीय समावेशी शिक्षामा सबैको पहुँचलाई सुनिश्चितता प्रदान गर्ने प्रदेश नमूना विद्यालय योजना आधुनिक प्रविधियुक्त शिक्षण सिकाईको विस्तार सहित विद्यालयको शैक्षिक, भौतिक र व्यवस्थापकीय सुधार गरी गुणस्तरीय शिक्षाको अवसर दिनु नेपालको संविधान २०७२ को मर्म अनुसार हुनेछ । उक्त योजना र दिगो विकास लक्ष्य अनुसार नेपाललाई सन् २०२२ सम्म विकासोन्मुख अवस्थाबाट विकासशील र सन् २०३० सम्म मध्यम आयस्तर भएको देशको रुपमा लैजान राखिएको दुरदृष्टि अनुरुपको जनशक्ति उत्पादन गर्न प्रदेश सरकारको योजना अनुसार सदुरपश्चि प्रदेशका ३२ मा.वि.हरुलाई प्रदेश नमूना विद्यालयको रुपमा विकास गर्ने उद्देश्य अनुरुप हाम्रो विद्यालय पनि वि.सं २०८२÷०१÷२५ सुदरपश्चिम प्रदेश सरकार सामाजिक विकास मन्त्रालय मन्त्री स्तरको निर्णय अनुसार प्रदेश सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नमुना विद्यालयको रुपमा छनोट भएको छ । प्रदेश सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नमुना विद्यालयको अवधारणा अनुसार यस विद्यालयमा विकासको उच्चतम क्षमता र सम्भावना भएकाले तोकिएको ढाँचाअनुसार यो गुरुयोजना ९ःबकतभच एबिल० तयार गरिएको छ । हाम्रो विद्यालयले यस क्षेत्रको शैक्षिक उन्नतिमा अहम भूमिका खेल्दै आएको छ । पहिलो पटक वि.सं २०५५ सालमा एस.एल.सी. परीक्षामा सहभागी भएसँगै जिल्लामा राम्रो पहिचान बनाएको यस विद्यालयले वि.सं.२०६६ देखि ११ र १२ (शिक्षा, मानविकि र व्यवस्थापन संकाय) र २०८० साल देखि कानुन साथै २०८१ साल बिज्ञान कक्षा पनि सुरुवात गरी राम्रो नतीजा ल्याइरहेको छ । विद्यालयले स्थानीय साधन श्रोतको उच्चतम उपयोग गर्दै कुशल व्यवस्थापन, स्थानीय भाषा एवम् सीपयुक्त शिक्षण सिकाई र सक्षम मानवीय श्रोतका कारण हाम्रो विद्यालय विद्यार्थी, अभिभावक र सरोकारवालाको रोजाईको विद्यालय बनेको छ । सबै पक्षको सहयोगबाट निर्मित यस गुरुयोजनाको स्वीकृत भएपछि विद्यालयको थप उन्नति र चौतर्फी विकासको ढोका खुल्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ । यो बृहत गुरुयोजना पुर्नवास न.पा., जनप्रतिनिधिहरु, शिक्षा विकास तथा समन्वय इकाई, शिक्षा, युवा खेलकुद शाखा पुर्नवास, वि.व्य.स., शि.अ.स, सल्लाहकारहरु, शिक्षकहरु, विद्यार्थीहरु, अभिभावकहरु, चन्ददाताहरु, शुभेच्छुकहरु, शिक्षाप्रेमी, लगायत विद्यालयसँग सम्बन्धित सरोकारवालाहरुको सक्रिय सहयोग र सहभागीताको साथै विज्ञ समुह एवम् प्राविधिक विज्ञ समुहको मेहनत र सहयोगबाट निर्मित भएको हो । यस कार्यमा सहयोग पु¥याउने सबै सरोकावालाहरु प्रति हार्दिक आभार एवम् धन्यवाद दिन चाहन्छु । साथै हालको नयाँ राज्य संरचनामा विद्यालय क्षेत्रको सम्पूर्ण जिम्मेवारी स्थानीय तह अन्र्तगत पर्न आएको हुँदा यस प्रदेश सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नमुना विद्यालय सुधार गुरुयोजनालाई सफल तुल्याउन आगामी दिनहरुमा स्थानीय तहको उत्तिकै सहयोग र प्रतिबद्धता रहने कुरामा पनि म विश्वस्त छु ।
Operating as a community school under Nepal's education system, this school has been fulfilling the educational needs of parents and students of Punarwas Municipality, Wards No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 as an educational hub. At a time when the academic achievement of community schools across the country has been weak, this school has successfully maintained its glorious identity by achieving satisfactory results in the SEE examination. It has also been securing very good results in classes 11 and 12.
The School Sector Development Plan implemented by the provincial government ensures everyone's access to quality inclusive education. The Provincial Model School Plan by expanding modern technology-based teaching and learning and improving the school's educational, physical, and managerial aspects to provide quality educational opportunities will be in line with the spirit of the Constitution of Nepal 2072. To produce the workforce envisioned by the Master Plan aimed at transitioning Nepal from an underdeveloped status to a developing nation by 2022 and to a middle-income country by 2030 in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals, and with the objective of developing 32 secondary schools in the Sudurpashchim Province as provincial model schools, our school was selected as a Provincial Assembly Constituency Model School by a Ministerial-level decision of the Ministry of Social Development, Sudurpashchim Provincial Government on 2082/01/25 BS.
In accordance with the concept of the Provincial Assembly Constituency Model School, since our school has the highest development capacity and potential, this Master Plan has been prepared according to the prescribed format. Our school has been playing a pivotal role in the educational advancement of this region. Having established a good reputation in the district since first participating in the SLC examination in 2055 BS, the school has been achieving great results by conducting classes for Grades 11 and 12 (Education, Humanities, and Management faculties) since 2066 BS, Law from 2080 BS, and Science classes starting in 2081 BS.
By maximizing local resources, efficient management, local language and skill-based teaching-learning, and competent human resources, our school has become the school of choice for students, parents, and stakeholders. It is expected that the approval of this Master Plan, built with the cooperation of all parties, will open doors for further progress and all-round development of the school.
This comprehensive Master Plan has been formulated through the active cooperation and participation of Punarwas Municipality, public representatives, Education Development and Coordination Unit, Education, Youth and Sports Branch of Punarwas, School Management Committee (SMC), Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), advisors, teachers, students, parents, donors, well-wishers, education lovers, and other stakeholders, along with the hard work and support of expert and technical teams. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and thanks to all the stakeholders who assisted in this endeavor. Furthermore, since the entire responsibility of the school sector under the current new state structure now falls under the local level, I am confident that there will be equal cooperation and commitment from the local level in the coming days to make this Provincial Assembly Constituency Model School Improvement Master Plan a success.
